Putting Transition Cow Management into Practice Regional Adviser Workshop
Transition cow management is one of the most significant advances in dairy nutrition and production over the past 20 years. Dairy Australia’s Grains2Milk and InCalf programs are working together to support the adoption of effective transition cow management programs.

New resources have been developed by the InCalf and Grains2Milk projects for managing transition cow programs.
