Name: Diane Delora D’Silva

Masters of Biotechnology (Food Science and Technology)
Bachelors in Microbiology

What do you see as your future career path?

To work in R &D for the food industry has been my dream since I started my University. My interest in this field increased when my group won the first place for developing a new product, as this product was above the expectation level during a given project.
Five to ten years down the line I would see myself working in R & D department, inventing new recipes/ products and concepts, as well as modify foods to create products that would suite the customers’ needs.
