Jim Irwin has been in the food and beverage side of the hospitality business for more than 40 years. He trained in 5 star hotels and has owned and operated restaurants, and delivered training for and managed culinary and hospitality education and training in Australia, Asia and the Pacific.

Jim has been a judge at the Royal Melbourne Dairy Show for many years, as well as the Australian Specialty Cheese Makers Show and the Australian Grand Dairy Awards and is just as passionate about Australian food and beverage as he is about the opportunity to assist in developing great Australian talent.

Jim assists the William Angliss Institute, the Victorian specialist centre for foods, tourism and hospitality, to develop and deliver professional training projects to assist people to reach their potential and be their best.
