Paula Cooper has been in the hospitality industry for 20 years. Two and a half years ago, following six years as a wholesale cheese merchant based in Adelaide, Paula started her own wholesale business, ‘Mise en Place’ which specializes in sourcing a wide range of products for chefs.Paula’s experience includes training in wine, cheese appreciation and cheese-making courses.
