With more than 25 years experience in cheese-making, Professor Spinnler has been a regular visitor to Australia sharing knowledge and providing valuable advice to the industry. He is the professor of food, science and technology at AgroParis; the Paris Institute of Technology for Life, Food and Environmental Sciences and brings a wealth of experience to the AGDA judging table.
