Dinner Tips

  • Toss spaghetti with crumbled feta, olive oil, olives, halved cherry tomatoes and parsley for a quick and easy dinner.

  • Mix grated parmesan and paprika into breadcrumbs to coat schnitzel, chicken pieces or fish fingers

  • Bake salmon fillets in light cream with capers, lemon and parsley until just cooked

  • Instead of crumbing with an egg wash, try dipping in Australian natural yogurt or light sour cream before rolling in breadcrumbs

  • Try poaching chicken or fish in buttermilk with lemongrass, coriander and peppercorns.
