The latest dairy seminar “An Insight into Danish Dairy Industry – Cheese, Cultured Butter and Milk Quality” took place on Thursday, 25 October in Melbourne.
The seminar was very sucessful and attended by representatives from dairy manufacturing companies, universities, training institutions and research organisations.
Key speakers included Lise Thomsen from Kold Dairy College, Denmark also an international judge for 2012 Australian Grand Dairy Awards (AGDA) and Jesper Thomsen from Arla Foods, Denmark.
