Background and rationale
The Developing Dairy Leaders Program was developed in response to the Dairy Leadership Industry Blueprint 2010/15. This blueprint estimated that there are approximately 200 leadership roles required across the industry each year.
The blueprint also identified three tiers of leadership required to meet industry needs:
LeadIn is the industry’s tier one leadership program. This program forms the basis of knowledge that is then built on and further developed in the Developing Dairy Leaders Program at Tier two.
