National Healthy Bones Week (19 – 25 August, 2012)

National Healthy Bones Week (NHBW) is back for 2012 and is this year calling on all Australians to build and maintain strong bones by teaming calcium-rich foods such as dairy, with exercise. And what better way to do this than with a ‘milkshake’! The ‘milkshake’ theme for this year’s NHBW campaign is encouraging:

Get your body moving for strong bones

Everybody Milkshake

Give your bones a calcium boost with your favourite milkshake
or other calcium-rich dairy foods
