- Key focus areas: People Strategy Development, an increased focus on safety through the Safety on Farm initiative.
- Activities, programs and tools from the Stepping Up/ Stepping Back pilot will progressively be translated into DA programs.
- Planning to consider key trends: Corporatisation, farm investment requirements, larger farms and the consequential effect on the people and capability requirements for the industry.
