Provide all industry participants with an improved understanding of the key drivers affecting the industry's operating environment and future development.

Project scope:

Dairy Australia uses comprehensive industry information and international networks to develop a unique and highly researched analysis of the industry supply chain.

Communication channels include publications, emailed reports and alerts, as well as presentations and webinars.

Outcomes/benefits:

This project compiles and communicates information thiat is vital to business planning and risk management, and therefore farm and dairy company sustainability. Specific project outcomes are:

• All industry participants have an improved understanding of the key drivers affecting the operating environment and future development
• Information is provided in a timely an effective way to facilitate decision making and better planning
• That a shared consensus view of future drivers underpins alignment in R, D & E and other industry investments
