Tracking & project measurement
Background:
This project addresses the need for information, from and about, our influencer target audiences (health professionals, schools) and the community to improve the ability of projects to deliver on identified outcomes. It ensures that Dairy Australia has access to relevant, timely and targeted information to assist with the creation, measurement and optimisation of programs.
Project objective:
Within the context of risk/reputation management and demand enhancement programs, this project aims to provide objective assessment of organisational strategies and programs amongst key target audiences; and to provide strategic input to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Project scope:
This is a long term project with annual spend depending on frequency of tracking. It includes research that provides inputs across a range of project areas, it does not incorporate project specific research. As such, the project scope covers tracking research amongst the community (with analysis by key target audience according to Health & Nutrition/Marketing projects) and key influences of our target audiences. Key activities:
- Dairy monitor tracking (community) - 6 monthly study
- Health professional tracking – annual study
- School tracking – annual study
Outcomes/benefits:
The benefits of implementing this project are:
- ongoing measurement of organisational KPI's
- strategic opportunities are identified
- issues are identified and monitored
- existing programs are assessed, enhanced and delivered more effectively
