Be heard at the Dairy Australia AGM

Tuesday 17 November 2009 | From Dairy Australia

Dairy Australia will hold their Annual General Meeting on 27 November, in the Atrium at Flemington Racecourse.

The AGM is an opportunity for Dairy Australia members to see how their levy has been spent over the past 12 months, and what has been achieved.

Dairy Australia Managing Director Mike Ginnivan encouraged dairy farmers to take an active role in the meeting.

“This is the time to get your questions answered and make sure you’re abreast of how your levy is being spent, and how Dairy Australia is helping to shape the future of the industry,” he said.

Attendees will have the chance to ask questions about Dairy Australia’s business and activities. Members can also lodge questions on notice by emailing the Company Secretary Kathy Grigg on companysecretary@dairyaustralia.com.au

Members attending the AGM can vote in person, as opposed to proxy, on the day.

The AGM will conclude with a lunch, expected to start around 12pm.

To RSVP for the event, book a place on the bus to the airport after the event or for any other enquiries, call the Dairy Australia memberline on 1800 004 377.
