Dairy Australia project agreements normally require that various reports are provided over the life of the project. The requirements are set out in the following sections.

MIlestone Reports - as specified both in terms of their nature and timing in the Project Agreement. These reports address the critical outcomes that have been identified for the successful completion of the project.

Final Reports - these reports summarise the project at its completion. The requirements are extensive and the reports must be approved by Dairy Australia before final payment of funding is made.

Financial Reports - research providers are required to report annually in regard to their expenditure on forms provided by Dairy Australia.  Any funds that have been provided and not spent are expected to be returned to Dairy Australia. Copies of the relevant forms can be found in this section.

Intellectual Property - any Intellectual Property that is generated by the project must be advised to all parties and management plans prepared.

Publications arising from the projects are also subject to Dairy Australia approval.
