Dairy farmers from across Australia shared their working day with urban and rural Australians to create this Impressions of Dairy photo exhibition. Regional photographers – many with dairying connections – recorded images of the passion and aspirations of the men, women and families at the heart of Australian dairying. A photographer was assigned to each of Australia's dairying regions with a brief to capture images of Australian dairy life. The end result - Impressions of Dairy. Portraits of Australian dairy life.
