An Australian Grand Dairy Award represents quality, excellence and innovation in Australian dairy produce. The Australian Grand Dairy Awards are the ‘best of the best’. Only products that have won a gold medal in state qualifying shows are eligible to enter this prestigious national competition. Australian Grand Dairy Awards comprise of 18 product classes, grouped into two categories - Cheese and Dairy Products. The winner of each class is awarded a gold Champion medal. The two highest scoring products across classes in both the Cheese and Dairy Product categories are then awarded a Grand Champion royal blue medal.

The Australian Grand Dairy Award gold and royal blue medals assist consumers to identify the ‘best of the best’ and represent quality and good taste in Australia’s world class dairy products. So look for the logos on packaging of the winning products.
