Panel Overview Drought Response and Industry Support

The panel will discuss the ongoing impacts of drought on local dairy farms and outline the industrys coordinated response. Mark Billing, Chair of the Industry Leadership Group, will provide a regional overview. Rural Financial Counselling Service will share updates on financial and wellbeing support for farmers, while Agriculture Victoria will outline details of the current farmer assistance packages. WestVic Dairy will highlight available extension resources, support options, and practical strategies to help farmers navigate current challenges.
