This exclusive overnight tour offers a rare opportunity to connect with industry professionals, visit key facilities and gain an understanding for the work being conducted through Dairy Australia.


Event Details:


Day One - Southbank (Melbourne)


We'll begin our tour at midday with a warm welcome and light lunch at Dairy Australia's Southbank office, followed by presentations facilitated by members of the passionate team at DA.


(Once registered for the event, i will confirm accommodation/parking etc)


Day 2 - Industry site visits


Our second day begins with a guided tour of BVAQ/DTS. This is a state-of-the-art milk testing facility in West Melbourne, offering a fascinating look into the science of milk testing and quality assurance.


Next, we'll head to St Davids Dairy in Fitzroy - a boutique inner city micro dairy, known for its artisanal products and serving up to 700 coffees per day!

Here, we'll start with an information presentation on the business, tour the facility and complete our experience with a relaxed lunch and coffee at this final stop.


Cost: $50 per person.
