Dairy farmers are a trusted voice among the community. People want to hear real and authentic stories from the people producing their food. Farmers speaking proudly on behalf of their industry reinforces the value of Australian dairy.

Structured and supported program

Dairy Australia delivers a program for building a cohort of farmer ambassadors and supports them to positively represent the industry, through the lens of their personal experiences, in their everyday communications and interactions with the community such as schools, councils or media. 

As well as being a great opportunity for participants to connect with other like-minded farmers, the Farmer Ambassador program offers personal and professional development opportunities and further industry knowledge beyond the farm gate.
