Notes:
Commentary
- Wheat: Down $5 ($440 to $450/tonne). Barley: Steady ($375 to $385/tonne). Maize: Steady ($355 to $365/tonne). Canola Meal: Down $15 ($545 to $555/tonne).
- Wheat values have softened as offshore future markets weaken and local production stabilises.
- New crop barley values have been steady throughout the last week with a lack of new crop selling. Old crop barley has also remained steady.
- Canola markets have remained relatively stable during the past week despite some likely upcoming harvest selling pressure. Exporters are the main supporters of the market currently.
