Board positions open

We are seeking applications for four (4) director positions on the Board of Dairy NSW. We value a broad range of skills and gender diversity on our board.

The skills based directors are selected via a competitive process. Farmers, Women in Dairy and Industry Service Providers are all encouraged to apply.

Ideally, successful Dairy NSW directors need to be able to:

• Commit adequate thought, time and energy to the position for required reading and meeting attendance, as well as committee duties

• Build and maintain productive working relationships across a broad range of stakeholders

• Compliment the skill set of current directors

To compliment the current board skillsets, we are particularly looking for experience in:

• Finance & governance

• Research, development & extension knowledge

• Risk management & leadership

• Diversity of perspective and innovative ideas

Directors receive modest remuneration upon attendance at Board and Committee meetings.
