Round Up of the Cows Courage and Curiosity YDN Conference

Last week, Wollongong, NSW, played host to a groundbreaking event that saw over 100 dairy farmers and industry members converge for the inaugural Cows, Courage, and Curiosity YDN Conference. The two-day affair was nothing short of inspiring, as delegates from across the country came together to connect, learn, and forge meaningful relationships.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the conference was the sense of community that permeated every interaction. Delegates not only made new connections but also rekindled old ones, creating a support network that will undoubtedly prove invaluable in the future. In an industry as challenging and dynamic as dairy farming, having a strong support system is crucial, and events like this provide the perfect opportunity to foster those connections.

The lineup of keynote speakers was nothing short of stellar, each bringing their own unique perspective and insights to the table. From the awe-inspiring story of Paraplegic Surfing Champion, Sam Bloom, to the entrepreneurial wisdom of Mia Ryan, founder of the Howdy App, and the industry expertise of Sam Marwood and Justin Walsh, the conference offered a wealth of knowledge and inspiration for all attendees. Additionally, hearing from fellow dairy farmers from across NSW and beyond provided valuable insights and camaraderie.
