Looking for some assistance in taking the next step in your career? The DairyTas Managers/2IC course is designed to help you with understanding all that is required of a manager within a business. Over this four-day course you will have exposure to:

1.Farm Financial Fundamentals

2.Modern Day People Management

3.Delegated Authority and Decision-Making Protocols

4.Business and Corporate Performance Reporting

These topics will help identify gaps in your knowledge and your areas of interest. Further development can be undertaken through Dairy Australia extension programs dedication to these topics.

The four-day course is currently open for Expressions of Interest only with dates to be advised of a course soon. Please note, attendance at all four days is compulsory to successfully complete the program.
