Our Farm, Our Plan intensive workshop

Dairy Australia will be delivering an overnight intensive Our Farm, Our Plan workshop for Western Australian dairy farmers in Albany on 16 17 June (midday to midday), featuring farm consultant Fiona Smith and Dairy Australias Greg Duncan.

Fiona is well known for her work with the Dairy Farm Monitor Project, DairyBase and delivery of farm business management programs, including Our Farm, Our Plan and Dairy Farm Business Analysis. Her experience both here and overseas gives her a deep understanding of the success drivers of dairy farm businesses.

Greg is Dairy Australias Farm Business Program Lead and has a wealth of experience in the delivery of extension programs. He has taken Our Farm, Our Plan online to a national audience and brings a lot of energy and experience to everything he does, including Western Dairys Dairy Innovation Day.

Workshop participants will have the benefit of two follow up one-on-one meetings with Fiona. These will provide an opportunity to talk about your farm, your business, your numbers and your plan at length.
