Nutrient Management Workshop - Denmark

Dairy Australia in partnership with Healthy Estuaries WA will be running the FertSmart program in August on the South Coast.Delivered as part of Dairy Australia's extension offerings in WA, the aim of the Fertsmart program is to improve all aspects of nutrient efficiency on dairy farms. It helps inform fertiliser and manure management decisions for more profitable, resilient and sustainable businesses.

Over the next 12 months, eligible farmers will have access to:

• A 2-day workshop covering all aspects of best practice nutrient management specific to WA dairy farms, delivered by Dairy Australia (this workshop).
• One-on-one agronomy support to develop a nutrient management plan with a Fertcare-C accredited agronomist of your choosing.
• A 1-day follow-up workshop to formalise your nutrient management plan

There is no cost to you and the package is valued at over $5000 per business.
