This course aims to improve the skills, knowledge, and confidence of participants to progress and achieve their career goals. This in turn improves on-farm management capacity, enabling more time away from the daily running of the business and increased options for business expansion for farm owners.

Is this for you?

This program is perfect for:

  • Those currently in a manager or 2IC role that would like to further develop or hone their skills
  • Senior farm hands that are looking to take the next step into a more managerial role
