Join the Colac and District Discussion Group for a farm walk and discussion group planning day at Paul Hodgson and Kaye Mirtschin farm at Carlisle River.

Paul and Kaye have been farming following biodynamic principles for more than 30 years. Biodynamic farming is a method of organic farming that uses traditional techniques and focuses on creating a healthy soil.

Like organic farms, biodynamic farms must be certified each year. Hear how soil structure development plays an important role to maintain biodynamic certification.
