Employment Basics Workshop

Considering employing people on your farm or wanting to level up your employment practices?

Employments Basics is for improving your skills and confidence as an employer.

It also provides the opportunity to connect and share experiences with other dairy farmers.

Delivered in person for farmers by Jessica Russell, we will cover attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention and payroll/legal/compliance responsibilities.

Lunch will be provided on the day.
