Dairy Australia - Dairy information for Australian Dairy Farmers and the industry

Primary content

Since 2007, Murray Dairy has worked to support existing farm businesses through the Dairy Business Network project.

Dairy Business Networks

Dairy Business Networks (DBNs) are closed Discussion Groups which focus on farm financials and business development, goals and strategy.

Like Discussion Groups, DBNs operate independently but are eligible to receive funding from Dairy Australia. Often these groups are facilitated by a consultant that is chosen by the members.

There are currently six DBN groups established in the Murray Dairy region.

  • Kyabram DBN
  • Corryong DBN
  • Goulburn DBN
  • Rochester DBN
  • Central DBN
  • West DBN

To register for a DBN or ask a question please contact Murray Dairy on (03) 5833 5312 or admin@murraydairy.com.au

Our Farm, Our Plan

Our Farm, Our Plan is a new program designed to equip farmers to clarify their long term goals, identify the actions needed and to manage uncertainty and risk.

Hay and grain reports

The hay and grain report is commissioned by Dairy Australia to provide an independent and timely assessment of hay and grain markets in each dairying region. The report is updated 40 weeks per year.
