List of essential services 

To guide state and federal governments in establishing essential services lists, Dairy Australia has developed a list of associated services and industries which dairy farmers rely upon to produce safe food, to ensure the welfare of their cattle and ensure business continuity. In the same document is a similar list of associated services and industries which milk processors rely upon in their role in transporting, processing, packaging and delivering safe dairy products.

Australian Dairy Industry Food safety and quality assurance statement on COVID-19
