Assessing our performance
Dairy Australia undertakes regular independent reviews to evaluate our effectiveness in key areas including operations, investments and governance. The most recent review, completed in January 2026, highlights strong results in governance, compliance, market access and sustainability, while identifying opportunities to strengthen role clarity, regional engagement and visibility of investment outcomes.
Our response
Dairy Australia welcomes the findings of the independent review and accepts all recommendations. Action is underway to address the recommendations, and progress will be reported regularly.
