Dairy Australia Young Dairy Network

Dairy Australia plays an active role in engaging and building a network of young people who work on farms and in the industry through the Young Dairy Network (YDN). Through this network, they are provided the opportunity to develop skills and create valuable connections to further their career in dairy.

Over 2,500 young people have been able to connect through the Dairy Australia YDN, providing access to learning for both the technical and non-technical aspects of the dairy industry.

How to get involved

Young people working in the industry can get involved in YDN activities in their local dairy region. These activities include farm walks, social events, workshops, leadership programs and study tours.

Reach out to your local regional team or complete the online form to sign up and get involved.

DairyPath

DairyPath is a program focused on young people in the industry, providing mentoring, career guidance and support in helping them develop a career in dairy.
