Natahlie leads a team of industry experts to deliver high-value services to Tasmania’s dairy farming community, ensuring alignment with Dairy Australia’s strategic priorities and local farmer needs. 

With a career built in operations and leadership across multiple sectors, she brings expertise in strategy development, project management and team leadership. Natahlie is passionate about creating strong systems where people and processes work together to deliver meaningful outcomes. 

Liz manages the extension team in Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia, offering strategic support and mentoring to the extension team. 

Liz has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal Studies (Animal Production and over 20 years of experience in dairy extension. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of pasture based dairy farming and tis passionate about driving innovation in the industry.

Nathan coordinates the Young Dairy Network and Men’s Discussion Group, supporting engagement and connection across the industry. He leads animal health related extension in the team. 

Nathan has an associate degree in Agribusiness Management (specialising in dairy) and brings over 8 years of experience in the industry to his role. He is passionate about working with young people in the dairy industry and helping them succeed.

Lesley leads farms business management and calf rearing training in the region. She also facilitates the North-west and Central-north Women’s Discussions Groups.

Lesley has a Bachelor of Agriculture Science and has worked in the dairy industry for over 20 years. Her experience spans both extension and research. Lesley is committed to supporting farmers and helping them strengthen their skills.

Rachel provides tailored, one-on-one support to farmers across the North-west Coast. She conducts on-farm visits to help identify business needs and connect them with Dairy Australia resources and services. 

Rachel has a strong quality and operational background from her previous roles, including a role at Cadbury Milk Factory. Rachel values trusted relationships with farms and share their insights to help shape the future direction of programs and services.  

Lauren provides tailored, one-on-one support to farmers across North-east, Central and Southern Tasmania. Through on-farm visits, she helps identify business needs and connect them with Dairy Australia resources and services. 

Lauren has a Bachelor of Agriculture and over 10 years of experience in agriculture, including roles in soil health and supply chains. She is passionate about supporting farmers in their business journey and builds strong relationships by being a trusted listener. 

Ella's role moves beyond workforce attraction and into retention. She provides farmers and employees with tools, resources and designated contact points and support. She drives engagement and strengthens stakeholder relationships to promote awareness of careers in dairy.

Ella has experience in government, community development, women’s policy and migrant services. She has a Master of Regional Development Policy, Diploma of Enterprise Management and a GAICD. She also grew up on a dairy farm.
