Dairy Farm Business Analysis workshop

Dairy Farm Business Analysis supports farmers and their advisers to better understand and analyse farm business performance.

In this workshop, the DairyBase tool is used to conduct and interpret a detailed analysis of farm business performance and covers the importance of:

getting annual farm physical and financial numbers right

understanding cash, profit and wealth.

This workshop is delivered over three days and facilitated by WestVic Dairy Extension Coordinator for Farm Business Management Sheeraz Ahmad and farm business consultant Fiona Smith.
