The Dairy Farm Business Analysis program helps farmers and their advisers gain a stronger understanding of farm business performance and how to analyse it effectively.


This workshop is designed specifically for farmers and their advisors who want to build their confidence in using farm business data to make informed decisions.


Using the DairyBase tool, participants will learn how to conduct and interpret a detailed analysis of farm business performance, with a focus on understanding:

  • The importance of getting annual farm physical and financial numbers right
  • The relationship between cash, profit, and wealth

The workshop will be facilitated by Extension Coordinator Sheeraz Ahmad and delivered by Farm Business Consultant, Fiona Smith.
