This course aims to improve the skills,

Target audience:

Those currently in a manager or 2IC role that would like to further develop or hone their skills

Senior farm hands that are looking to take the next step into a more managerial role

Cost:

Nil. It is a levy funded program.

Course structure:

It is a four-day course; one day a week for four consecutive weeks. Each day runs from 10am-3pm (so potentially participants could milk in the morning if they had to). Attendance on each day is required to receive a certificate of attendance (it is not an accredited course).
