You are invited to participatein a two day, interactive workshop led by CEO of Pinion Advisory,David Heinjus.

The Good Business Governance & Investment workshop will focus on strategic thinking rather than operational, unravel the complexity surrounding risk management, understand different business structures, and learn how to implement effective business governance principles.

A significant challenge running a dairy business can be the tension between being stuck in the day-to-day business and having a clear view to the future; growth, succession, transition or exit. As businesses become larger they can become more complex and a challenge for intuitive decision making needing more structure.

This program will assist navigating the operational vs strategic thinking challenge, leading to less stress and a feeling of greater control.
