A significant challenge running a dairy business can be the tension between being stuck in the day-to-day business and having a clear view to the future; growth, succession, transition or exit. As businesses become larger they can become more complex and a challenge for intuitive decision making needing more structure.
This program will assist navigating the operational vs strategic thinking challenge, leading to less stress and a feeling of greater control. Its application is very practical and not about corporate governance. It is recommended that at least 2 people from your business attend and your farm advsiors are also welcome.
