HUMANE EUTHANASIA OF LIVESTOCK

This one day practical course provides anyone working with dairy cattle the knowledge and skills to safely and humanely euthanase sick, injured or unsaleable dairy cattle.

Veterinarian Dr Debbie Twiss will present this one day practical workshop.

The workshop includes a practical session on the use and maintenance of the Blitz-Kerner captive bolt. All equipment is provided. Participants will take home notes, poster and pocket card to assist good practice on farm.
