Join the Lakes and Craters Discussion Group for its Christmas BBQ and farm walk all are welcome.


A huge thank you to Ben and Anna Kenna for agreeing to host the event on their farm. Ben and Anna took part in the Focus Farm project between 2017 and 2019. This event is a great opportunity to see what has happened since then, along with catching up with neighbours and friends before Christmas.


Following a BBQ dinner on arrival, we will have a farm walk to learn more about Ben and Annas business and the changes that have taken place since 2019. These include:

The purchase of a second dairy farm

Use of a mixer wagon to incorporate byproducts

Cow numbers up from 650 to over 1000


Dinner and soft drink provided, feel free to bring along a few beers if you like.
