Expression of Interest: Leadership, People and Culture

Dairy Australia and the University of Tasmania are offering a Leadership, People and Culture Program which looks at Human Resource Management on dairy farms. This program is dairy specific and will include information on the Pastoral Award 2020. This program is for farm owners, managers or people responsible for human resources and workforce planning on dairy farms, and service providers who assist farmers with workforce planning and compliance requirements. The program consists of:

Short Course 2: Culture, Compliance and Employment

Short Course 3: Workforce Planning Strategy and Change
