Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping how food and beverage manufacturers manage quality, safety, productivity and innovation. This webinar will introduce the foundational concepts of AI and the role it can play when specifically tailored for the dairy industry. We will explore existing and emerging applications of AI across the dairy manufacturing value chain, from raw ingredient characterisation to processing optimisation for enhanced safety and efficiency, as well as product authentication and adulteration detection.
