Managers/2IC SE Workshop

The program is designed to help employees, currently in a 2IC / Managers position or looking to move into a 2IC/Managers position, understand the requirements of this role within a dairy farm business.

At the end of the program participants will be able to apply effective communication in the workplace, understand different ways of leading a team, create a strong team culture, manage conflict, understand the fundamentals of dairy financials and use tools such as Farm Business Snapshot and Dairy base.

Course structure:

It is a four-day course; two-days one week and then another two days in a few weeks time. Attendance on each day is required to receive a certificate of attendance (it is not an accredited course).
