The program is designed to help employees, currently in a 2IC / Managers position or looking to move into a 2IC/Managers position, understand the requirements of this role within a dairy farm business.


At the end of the program participants will be able to apply effective communication in the workplace, understand different ways of leading a team, create a strong team culture, manage conflict, understand the fundamentals of dairy financials and use tools such as Farm Business Snapshot and Dairy base.
