This interactive compressed workshop is designed for young people working in the dairy industry and will be delivered by Dr Luke Ingenhoff.
The session will strengthen your understanding of bestpractice calf care from birth to weaning, with a strong focus on practical, onfarm application.
Ideal for younger staff and farm workersinvolved in calf rearing.
Participants will take part in handson activities to review and improve management of:
-Colostrum quality and delivery, Calf nutrition, Housing and environment, Calf health and disease prevention
The goal is to support healthy calves, strong growth, and better longterm performance, using practical skills that can be applied immediately on farm.
