Delivered by Matt Harms (On Farm Consulting), the program helps farmers set clear longterm business and personal goals, improve performance and better manage volatility. It uses a simple threestep process:

• QuickPlan align all key decision makers on longterm goals
• Plan on a Page a clear, shareable action plan to turn goals into action

The initiative includes a twoday facetoface workshop, with accommodation and meals provided, plus additional onfarm visits with Matt Harms and Ali Briggs, Farm Engagement Lead, Dairy Australia.

The result is a clear plan that supports better decisionmaking, tracks progress and can be easily shared with staff, advisers and banks.
