Franois Bourdichon holds a masters degree of General Microbiology from Pasteur Institute, Paris and a Ph.D. from Universit Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza, Italy. He has 25 years of experience within the food industry. He is presently Director of Laboratory Methods and Microbiology in the cooperative SODIAAL, Paris, France.
Franois has been the delegate for France at the International Dairy Federation since 2010. He is a member of numerous Standing Committees: Food Hygiene (SCFH), Dairy Science and Processing Technology, Residues and Chemical Contaminants, Methods Dairy Microorganisms, Analytical Methods for Additives and Contaminants, Laboratory Statistics and Quality Assurance.
Lukas Weise is an Environmental Engineer with expertise in applied microbiology, molecular biology, and process engineering. As Global Market Development Manager at Hygiena, he spearheads the implementation of advanced diagnostic solutions tailored specifically for the dairy industry, focusing on hygiene monitoring and food safety testing applications.
With a deep technical background in rapid microbial diagnostics, he is committed to advancing science-based standards and harmonizing global diagnostic methods. HIs goal is to leverage innovative technologies to enhance microbiological safety, optimize process monitoring, and ensure the integrity of the dairy supply chain on an international scale.
