All dairying women across Gippsland, you are invited to a ladies lunch!
This event has been organised by the Women in Dairy Discussion Group to provide Gippsland women with an opportunity to leave the farm and network with like-minded individuals, hear from our keynote speaker, and go in the draw to win some great prizes.
Our keynote speaker is Chloe Brown. Chloe, alongside her husband Rodney, has been dairy farming in Kirkstall, South West Victoria for over 10 years. They milk 200 registered Jerseys in a tight autumn calving pattern.
Although Rodney is 3rd generation, farming was NEVER something Chloe had on her radar, but she quickly fell in love with all things dairy.
She has strong beliefs in contributing to the community and sits on numerous committees. Notably she co-created the Cream of the Crop conference educating, encouraging and connecting women in dairy. With an unwavering passion and a drive to celebrate, showcase and share the diversity within dairy she hosts the More than Milk podcast sharing the incredible people that make up the Australian Dairy Industry.
Chloe will be presenting a live podcast featuring two of Gippslands dairying women at the ladies lunch.
Registration is essential to this event! Tickets are free for dairy farmers and a fee of $35 applies to service providers.
We look forward to catching up and celebrating Gippslands women in dairy hope to see you there!
