Brad specialises in subtropical environments, with a career in the applied science of dairy herd nutrition as well as the development and extension of whole dairy farm systems. Brad’s management experience extends through dairy supply management (pre and post farm gate) to senior business, organisation and project management.
Appointed to his role in 2014, Brad is enthusiastic about the northern dairy industry and driving Subtropical Dairy to become a quality provider of services and information to the industry.

Belinda is committed to Queensland Dairy, working in the industry since 1995 after completing her Agricultural Science degree at the University of Queensland.
Across her career, Belinda has enjoyed working with dairy farmers and their businesses, with a decade of experience in Darling Downs and the South Burnett as a farm liaison-extension officer with the Department Primary Industries and Dairy Farmers. Belinda has also worked with farmers in the Young Dairy Network and on industry projects and natural disaster response teams.
Belinda lives in Highfields near Toowoomba with her husband, Mark and three children.

Kylie is passionate about the dairy industry, with more than 14 years experience in event management, business administration, communications and farmer support during disasters.
Prior to joining Subtropical Dairy as an Extension co-ordinator, Kylie worked at the Queensland Dairyfarmers’ Organisation (QDO) as an Executive Assistant.
Kylie lives in Brisbane with her three children.

Alicia comes from a family dairy farming background and has a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Agriculture (dairy and marketing) from the University of Western Sydney. She's been involved in showing and judging cattle and loves getting involved on the farm be it milking or other farm work.
Alicia has worked across the Dairy, Crop Protection and Biotechnology sectors in customer focused roles in customer service, operational management, product training program development and delivery.

Regional Extension Co-ordinator - Far North Queensland
Jo was raised on the Arthy Brothers dairy farm south of Beaudesert, growing up working in milking, mustering, herd management and record keeping. Jo has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Masters of Agribusiness from the University of Queensland.
With experience at the DAFQ in Mareeba, North Queensland, Jo worked in plant pathology specialising in bacteriology and she was involved in a number of research projects involving field crops and horticulture crops.
Jo returned to the dairy industry in 2017, working as an Extension Coordinator for FNQ and as Industry Development Officer for the Dairying Better n’ Better program.
Jo thoroughly enjoys working in the dairy industry and is passionate about its future.

Vivienne’s career spans the Cotton and Dairy industries, with a breadth of experience in sales and marketing, business management, precision agriculture and natural resource management. Viv had a degree in Rural Science from the University of New England.
Viv has previously worked with the Subtropical Dairy Young Network and most recently as Project Manager of the Focus Farm project in the region.

Dairyinfo.biz Project Manager
Di first developed Subtropical Dairy’s regional website, Dairyinfo.biz in 2006 as part of her award winning project in the RIRDC Rural Woman of the Year awards. Di continues to manage the site on behalf of Subtropical Dairy.
Most recently Di ran the Young Dairy Network Australia program, managing the regional teams and coordinators along with the national programs. Experienced in facilitation and project management, Di remains passionate about the dairy industry and enjoys delivering programs that have positive outcomes for farmers.
Di farms with her family on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
