Annual General Meeting
Dairy Australia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 27 November 2025 in Wollongong, New South Wales.
About the AGM
The AGM is an opportunity for farmers to connect and engage with the Dairy Australia team, hear more on the value delivered to farmers, ask questions, and vote on the election of directors and other key items.
AGM results
There were four items for discussion at the AGM. For more information, see the Notice of Meeting.
The results of the 2025 AGM are as follows:
Election of directors
Kären Moroney was re-elected to a second term as a director with milk producer skills.
Andrew Maughan was re-elected to a second term as a director with finance and risk management skills.
Steve Jefferies was elected to a first term as a director with research, development and commercialisation skills.
Amendment to constitution – director selection and nomination
The resolution to amend the Dairy Australia constitution in relation to the composition of the Board Selection Committee was approved.
Removal of Group B member
The resolution to remove Australian Dairy Products Federation as a Group B member was not approved.
