CalfWays is Dairy Australia’s ten-year strategy to transform the management of dairy calves in Australia by 2035.
Supply chain collaboration
The CalfWays roadmap was developed by Dairy Australia from 2023-24, with extensive consultation from across the dairy and red meat industries. By collaborating across the supply chain, we aim to improve animal welfare, enhance economic outcomes and drive innovation in beef from dairy production.
Backed by a three-year agreement between Dairy Australia and Meat & Livestock Australia, CalfWays aims to enable industry collaboration to ensure a viable option for every calf.
How to get involved
Dairy Australia is now seeking organisations to partner with CalfWays, either by endorsing the CalfWays roadmap, becoming an initiative sponsor or by sponsoring a specific project.
