Victorian work permits
Authorised Worker Permits are required in Victoria, and you can access information and download a copy of the fillable form at Authorised provider and authorised worker permit.
Essential worker certificates can also be created by downloading and filling in the certification template.
The dairy industry has prepared an Essential Worker Certificate to help with travel to and from work places, however this does not take the place of or override Authorised Worker Permits required by individual states from time to time. Where possible, links will be provided to these permits. All information on this page is provided to help keep dairy workers throughout the supply chain safe, and able to continue working. It is important that we all play our role and implement our COVID Safe Plans.
